In the case of a collective investment scheme authorised as an MMF in accordance with the MMF Regulation, insofar as the provisions of the MMF Regulation are inconsistent with the provisions of the AIFM Directive, the UCITS Directive, the Act, or the regulations and Rules issued thereunder, the provisions of the MMF Regulation shall prevail.
