S.L. 370.9 Art. 34Cooperation with other authorities.

The competent authority and the Management Committee shall consult the relevant competent authorities and the persons responsible for compensation schemes in other countries outside Malta and seek to reach agreement with those authorities and persons about:

(a) the procedures to be followed if a participant defaults;

(b) the amounts of compensation payable, after deductions if any, under each scheme; and

(c) any other aspect which is deemed appropriate for the proper management and administration of the schemes.
