S.L. 371.16 Art. 11Notification to EBA by the competent authority.

The competent authority shall inform EBA of:

(a) the functioning of its review and evaluation process referred to in regulation 3;

(b) the methodology used to base decisions on the technical criteria for supervisory review referred to in regulation 4, the supervisory stress testing in regulation 6, the review of internal approaches in regulation 7, the supervisory measures in article 17E of the Act, the supervisory powers in regulation 9 and the specific liquidity requirements in regulation 10, on the process referred to in paragraph (a).
