S.L. 371.17 Art. 2ATreatment of indirectholdings real estate.

The competent authority may allow shares constituting in an equivalent indirect holding of real estate to be treated as a direct holding of real estate in accordance with Article 4(2) of the CRR, provided that, such indirect holding, when pledged as collateral, shall provide an equivalent protection to creditors.
