S.L. 371.17 Art. 4AExposures to public sector entities.

For the purposes of Article 116(4) of the CRR, the competent authority shall, in a Banking Rule, provide a list of the public sector entities established in Malta for which exposures to such entities shall be considered by credit institutions as exposures to the Government of Malta.
