S.L. 371.17 Art. 6CInterdependent assets and liabilities for the calculation of NSFR.

(1) The competent authority may grant approval to a credit institution to treat an asset and a liability as interdependent where all of the conditions that are laid down in Article 428f of the

CRR are fulfilled.

(2) The competent authority may issue a Banking Rule laying down the requirements on the information that shall be submitted by the credit institution on such assets and liabilities.
