S.L. 371.17 Art. 6FTerm of encumbrance of segregated assets.

Credit institutions that are not able to freely dispose of assets which have been segregated in accordance with Article 11(3)

of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012, shall consider such assets as encumbered for a period corresponding to the term of the liabilities to the credit institutions’ customers to whom that segregation requirement relates.
