S.L. 371.17 Art. 7AExemption of central bank exposures from the leverage ratio.

The competent authority shall, in order to facilitate the implementation of monetary policies in terms of Article 429a(5) of the CRR, and in consultation with the Central Bank, publicly determine whether exceptional circumstances exist under which exposures listed in point (n) of paragraph 1 of Article 429a of the CRR may be excluded from the total exposure measure referred to in such paragraph.
