S.L. 371.17 Art. 8Own funds requirements.

The own funds requirements that shall apply during the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 shall be:

(a) a Common Equity Tier 1 capital ratio of 4.5%;

(b) a Tier 1 capital ratio of 6%.
