S.L. 378.18 Art. 21Application of certain provisions of the Act with regard to investigations and judicial proceedings.

Articles 43D, 43E and 43F of the Act and Part IIA of the

Act shall apply to investigations by the Council with regard to compliance with the provisions of these regulations, and to any subsequent judicial proceedings instituted by the Council before the

Civil Court.
