S.L. 379.8 Art. 10Requests for information.

(1) In carrying out the duties assigned to him by these regulations, the Director General may obtain all necessary information from undertakings and persons controlling such undertakings and associations of undertakings.

(2) When sending a request for information to a person, an undertaking or an association of undertakings, the Director General shall state in the request the legal basis and the purpose of the request specify what information is required and fix a time limit within which the information is to be provided and also the penalties provided for in regulation 13 for supplying incorrect information.
