S.L. 379.8 Art. 14Periodic penalty payments.

(1) The provisions of article 21(7) of the Act shall mutatis mutandis apply to persons, undertakings or associations of undertakings in order to compel them:

(i) to supply complete and correct information pursuant to regulation 10;

(ii) to submit to an investigation pursuant to regulation 11;

(iii) to comply with an obligation imposed by decision pursuant to the provisos to regulations 7(3) or 8(2);

(iv) to apply the measures ordered by decision pursuant to regulation 8(4).

(2) Where a person, being a director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of an undertaking or association of undertakings fails without reasonable cause to supply information requested within the time given, the Court may impose a penalty of up to two thousand and four hundred euro (€2,400) for each day in default.
