(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in Lm5,000,000 6% Malta Government Stock 1998 (V) an additional issue of Lm5,000,000 6% Malta Government Stock 1998 (V) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6% Malta Government Stock 1998 (V) created by means of Legal Notice 85 of 1995 to a total amount of Lm10,000,000.

(2) This additional amount shall be allotted to those applicants who have already applied to subscribe to this stock by the closing date as announced in Legal Notice 85 of 1995.
