S.L. 386.31 Art. 20Board of directors of the parent undertaking to inform the workers’ representatives.

The board of directors of the parent undertaking shall inform the workers’ representatives at the appropriate level and discuss with them the relevant information and the means of obtaining and verifying sustainability information. Where applicable, the workers’ representatives’ opinion shall be communicated to the board of directors.
