S.L. 386.5 Art. 17Register of companies continued outside Malta.

The Registrar shall keep a register of all companies that obtained his consent to register as being continued in another approved country or jurisdiction. The register shall contain a record of the name in which the company is registered as being continued as well as all relevant details.
