S.L. 386.8 Art. 18Cessation of membership.

In addition to the provisions of regulations 16 and 17, a person shall also cease to be a member of a grouping upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

(a) failure to comply with the provisions of regulation 4(1);

(b) in the case of a natural person, his bankruptcy, death or legal incapacity;

(c) in the case of a company or other body corporate, the dissolution thereof.
