The Chamber of Architects shall have the power to make regulations regarding the functions and the duties of the Chamber, of its committee, the meetings of the Chamber and of the committee, the procedure to be followed in connection with such meetings, the payment of a subscription by the members of the Chamber, and such other regulations as will be deemed necessary or useful for the maintenance of the Chamber and the furtherance of its object. Such regulations before coming into force, must be submitted to and approved by the Government. SCHEDULE
