S.L. 390.1 Art. 21Proper books of accounts.

The treasurer shall keep proper books of accounts and at the December general meeting he shall submit a full statement supported by vouchers for the examination of all the members present who, for this purpose, shall amongst themselves appoint two auditors to examine the books. The auditors will be empowered to request any further information from the honorary treasurer as they deem necessary.
