S.L. 390.1 Art. 30Quorum.

The quorum for a general meeting shall be twenty full members besides the president or the vice-president, it being understood however that if when the meeting is first convened a quorum cannot be formed, a second meeting shall be called during which any decision taken shall be valid irrespective of the number of persons present.
