S.L. 390.1 Art. 7Decisions.

No decision of the committee shall, under the provisions of the foregoing regulation, be taken against an architect and civil engineer unless he shall have been given full opportunity to exculpate himself, and no such decision shall be valid unless there shall have been in favour thereof the votes of not less than two-thirds of the members present at the committee.
