S.L. 390.1 Art. 9Decisions by committee. Cap. 9.

The decisions pronounced by the committee of the Chamber of Architects, or by the Court of Appeal, in terms of regulations 6 and 7 shall not prejudice any action, which might be exercised under the Criminal Code or under any other law applicable to the case.
