Whereas under article 5(3) of the Act, the Board requires persons wishing to take up or pursue the activities in the field of architecture and civil engineering to take an oath and where the form of such oath cannot be used by citizens of other Member

States, the Board shall ensure that an appropriate and equivalent form of oath is offered to the applicant.
