S.L. 390.5 Art. 20Information to applicants. Cap. 451.

(1) The Board shall take the measures necessary to enable any applicants to obtain information on the laws and professional ethics applicants. existing in Malta.

(2) For this purpose, the Mutual Qualifications Recognition Information Centre has been established under article 6 of the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Act, from which applicants may obtain the necessary information. In the event of establishment in Malta, the Board may require them to contact this Centre.

(3) The Board shall ensure that, where appropriate, the applicants acquire, in their own interest and in that of their clients, the linguistic knowledge needed to follow their profession in Malta.
