S.L. 399.21 Art. 3Modification of original licence.

The terms and conditions of the original licence shall, as from the 4th March, 2001 and for the purpose of putting into effect the provisions of the Act and of implementing the liberalisation of the Maltese electronic communications market in accordance with the Act and of implementing a new commercial and regulatory framework as has been deemed appropriate for the propose of implementing the provisions of the Act, be modified to the terms and conditions included in the modified licence and in accordance therewith.
