S.L. 399.32 Art. 7Sea-going ships provided with radiocommunicatio ns installation to obtain licence.

(1) The owner of any sea-going Maltese ship which is provided with a radiocommunications installation,or his agent, shall, whether the foregoing provisions apply to the ship or not, obtain a licence from the Authority to install and use such installation.

(2) This regulation shall not apply to a Maltese ship bareboat charter registered in a foreign registry, while it is so registered.
