S.L. 399.38 Art. 4Exemption granted to the Civil Protection Department.

The Civil Protection Department are hereby exempted from the payment of any licensing fees due under the Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act with regard to radiocommunications apparatus in relation to the exigencies of defence, public security or civil protection.
