The licencee of radiocommunications equipment which at any time has been disposed of may file a sworn declaration with the

Minister responsible for radiocommunications, hereinafter "the Minister", confirming that the said equipment has been disposed of or is about to be disposed of, and such person shall, as from the day of the filing of such declaration with the Minister and subject to the provisions of Radiocommunications (Broadcast Receiving Licence Charges) Regulations, and to his paying any arrears that may be due, be exempt from the payment of any licence fees with regard to that apparatus which may have become due during the year during which the said declaration is filed and in any subsequent year.
