S.L. 399.41 Art. 4Power of Minister to refuse declaration.

(1) The Minister may refuse to act upon any declaration made in terms of these regulations where he is satisfied that such declaration is untruthful.

(2) Where the Minister refuses to act upon a declaration in terms of sub-regulation (1), he shall give the declarant the reason for his decision.
