S.L. 403.15 Art. 19Employment contracts and relationships.

(1) Without prejudice to regulations 3 and 10, the effects of a reorganisation measure or of winding up proceedings on

European employment contracts and European employment relationships are to be determined exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Member State or EEA State applicable to the said contract or relationship.

(2) In this regulation, an employment contract is a European employment contract, and an employment relationship is a European employment relationship if it is subject to the law of a Member State or EEA State.
