S.L. 403.15 Art. 31Professional secrecy.

All persons required to receive or divulge information in connection with the procedures of communication laid down in regulations 4, 9, and 32 shall be bound by the duty of professional secrecy in the same manner as laid down in Article 64 to 69 of the Solvency II Directive, with the exception of any judicial authorities to which existing national provisions apply.
