Any licence issued under the Guesthouses and Holiday

Furnished Premises Regulations, 1994, repealed by these regulations, and which is in force immediately before such repeal, shall, subject to compliance with the provisions of the Act and to the regulations made thereunder, continue to be in force thereafter as if it were a licence granted under the Act and the regulations made thereunder.
