S.L. 409.13 Art. 25Suspension and withdrawal of licence,recourseto appeal of the Authority’s decision. S.L. 409.05

(1) The Authority may withdraw or suspend a licence issued under these regulations should the licensee cease to meet any of the requirements specified in these regulations, or any of the conditions under which the licence was issued:

Provided that the Authority shall notify the licensee whose license it intends to withdraw or suspend and shall give reasons for its decision.

(2) Any decision of the Authority referred to in sub-regulation

(1) may be appealed from by the aggrieved person in terms of the provisions of the Third Schedule to the Act, on payment of the fee set out in the Fees (Tourism) Regulations.
