S.L. 415.1 Art. 42Dispute resolution.

(1) Disputes between collective management organisations and users concerning, in particular, existing and proposed licensing conditions or a breach of contract shall be submitted to the First Hall, Civil Court.

(2) Regulations 40 and 41 and sub-regulation (1) of this regulation shall be without prejudice to the right of parties to assert and defend their rights by bringing an action before a court.
