S.L. 420.5 Art. 19Consideration of application.

The criteria and mechanisms to be applied for deciding whether Malta or any other Member State shall be responsible for considering an asylum application shall be in accordance with European Union legislation as in force from time to time. In particular, the Member State responsible for examining an asylum application, submitted by a person enjoying temporary protection, shall be the Member State which has accepted that person’s transfer onto its territory.
