S.L. 420.5 Art. 23Forced return.

(1) The forced return of persons whose temporary protection has ended and who are not eligible for admission shall be conducted with due respect for human dignity.

(2) In cases of forced return, the Chief Executive Officer shall consider any compelling humanitarian reasons which ma y mmake returnimpossible or unreasonable in specific cases.
