S.L. 420.5 Art. 3Establishmentof mass influx.

Third country nationals who are eligible for temporary protection in the event of a mass influx, in accordance with these regulations, shall be granted temporary protection by the Chief Executive Officer for the duration and under the conditions stipulated under these regulations.
