S.L. 420.8 Art. 3Fees.

There shall be paid in respect of each item, and under the conditions outlined below, the following fees:

(a) Issue of an application form in replacement of the first application form which has been lost or destroyed ...............................................................................€5

(b) Issue of a decision paper in replacement of the first decision paper which has been lost or destroyed ................................................................................€5

(c) Issue of an interview transcript in replacement of the first interview transcript which has been lost or destroyed.................................................................€5

(d) Issue of an asylum seekers’ document in replacement of the first asylum seekers’ document which has been lost or destroyed .....................................................€5

(e) Issue of other paper documents in replacement of other first issued paper documents which have been lost or destroyed ............................................................... €5 per document

(f) Issue of a protection certificate (card) in replacement of the first protection certificate (card) which has been lost or destroyed .....................................................€5
