S.L. 424.23 Art. 17Register of recognisedcasesof asbestosis and, or mesothelioma.

The Authority shall keep a register of confirmed cases of asbestosis and mesothelioma, and for this purpose, any government department, agency or entity that is notified by any means whatsoever of the occurrence of a case of asbestosis and, or mesothelioma, shall inform the Authority of such notification, and shall also give the Authority all other relevant details known to the Department, Agency or entity.
