S.L. 425.14 Art. 81Safety committee.

The owner shall specify the authority of the fishing vessel’s fishermen appointed or elected as safety representatives to participate in meetings of the fishing vessel’s safety committee. Such a committee shall be established on board a fishing vessel on which there should be five or more fishermen.
