S.L. 425.2 Art. 39Inspection.

All fresh fish, whether locally caught or imported, shall, on landing, be subject to inspection by any Fishery Officer. Where a Fishery Officer has reason to believe that any fish is not in a wholesome condition, he may seize the fish and cause it to be examined by the sanitary authorities.
