(1) The making available on the market or putting into service of pressure equipment or assemblies under the conditions specified by the manufacturer shall not be prohibited, restricted or impeded provided that these comply with these regulations.

(2) Pressure equipment or assemblies complying with regulation 6(3) shall not on the ground of the risks due to pressure, be prohibited, restricted or impeded from being made available on the market or put into service.

(3) The placing on the market or putting into service of pressure equipment or assemblies the conformity of which has been assessed by a user inspectorate designated by another Member State in accordance with the requirements set out in regulation 24, may not, on the grounds of the risks due to pressure, be prohibited, restricted or impeded provided that these comply with regulation 18.

(4) For the safe and correct use of pressure equipment and assemblies made available on the Maltese market, the information referred to in points 3.3 and 3.4 of Schedule I, may be required to be provided in at least the Maltese or English language.
