S.L. 427.36 Art. 18Legal remedies.

Any measure taken pursuant to these regulations which restricts the placing on the market and, or putting into service of any machinery covered by these regulations shall state the exact grounds on which it is based. Such a measure shall be notified as soon as possible to the party concerned, who shall at the same time be informed of the legal remedies available to him under the laws in force in Malta and of the time limits to which such remedies are subject.
