S.L. 427.57 Art. 10Identification of economic operators.

On request, all economic operators shall identify the following to the Division for ten years following the placing on the market of the electrical and electronic equipment:

(a) any economic operator who has supplied them with electrical and electronic equipment;

(b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied electrical and electronic equipment.
