(1) Any references to the Conformity Assessment of

Marine Equipment Regulations, 2009, revoked by these regulations, shall be construed as references to these regulations. The mark of conformity must take the following form:

If the wheel mark is reduced or enlarged the proportions given drawing must be respected.

The various components of the wheel mark must have substantially vertical dimension, which may not be less than 5 mm.

That minimum dimension may be waived for small devices.
