S.L. 427.61 Art. 14Identification of economic operators.

(1) Economic operators shall, on request, identify the following to the Technical Regulations Division:

(a) any economic operator who has supplied them with a product;

(b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied a product.

(2) Economic operators shall be able to present the information referred to in sub-regulation (1) for a period of ten years after they have been supplied with the product and for a period of ten years after they have supplied the product.

(3) Private importers shall, on request, identify to the Technical Regulations Division the economic operator who has supplied them with the product.

(4) Private importers shall be able to present the information referred to in sub-regulation (3) for a period of ten years after they have been supplied with the product.
