S.L. 427.68 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Community Energy-Efficiency Labelling Programme for Office Equipment (Implementation) Regulations.

(2) These regulations apply to the requirements of Regulation

(EC) No 106/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2008 on a Community energy-efficiency labelling programme for office equipment as regards the use of the Common Logo, and the placing on the market of office equipment bearing the Common Logo.
