S.L. 427.70 Art. 24Penalties. Cap. 427. Cap. 427. Cap. 33.

(1) The penalties applicable for the infringement of any of the provisions of these regulations shall be those provided for in Part IV of the Product Safety Act: Provided that, where it constitutes an offence punishable with a higher punishment under any other law, the higher punishment laid down in that law shall apply.

(2) The necessary measures allowing the detainment of consignments of pyrotechnic articles that fail to comply with the provisions of these regulations shall be those under the Product

Safety Act and the Ordinance.
