S.L. 427.72 Art. 10Prohibition from market.

(1) The Regulatory Affairs Directorate shall immediately inform the Market Surveillance Directorate of any non-CE marked lift which fails to comply with any provision of these regulations.

(2) Where it is ascertained that a non-CE marked lift used in accordance with its intended purpose might endanger the safety of persons and, where appropriate, of property, the Market Surveillance Directorate shall take all appropriate measures to prohibit the use of such non-CE marked lift.
