S.L. 427.83 Art. 5Designation of conformity assessment bodies. S.L. 427.45

(1) For the purposes of designation and notification under

Chapters V and VII of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011, conformity assessment bodies shall, in addition to the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011, meet the requirements laid down in the Method for Designating Conformity Assessment Bodies Regulations.

(2) The designating authority within the meaning of Chapter V and the notifying authority within the meaning of Chapter VII of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 shall be the Technical Regulations Division.
