S.L. 431.1 Art. 12Minutes.

The minutes of the proceedings of every meeting shall be kept by the Executive Secretary of the Committee and shall be read and approved at the commencement of the following meeting. The approved minutes shall be accessible to the members of the Committee at all times. The Executive Secretary of the Committee shall make such approved minutes available to the members of the Council, if requested.
